All Coming Together

In the past week and a half, the team hit three major milestones, indicating the culmination of the concrete canoe.

1) The team ordered their foam mold from Global Foam Company in Dayton, Ohio. This will arrive approximately three weeks from the order date. All other construction operations will be prepared prior to this mold arriving.

2) The team registered for the event. The race will take place on Sunday April 10 at Rowan University. Prior to that, on Friday April 8, the team will give their technical presentation at Rutgers University. Registered attendees include the core team, faculty advisors/observers, and next year's team.

3) The team submitted their final deliverables to the Symposium Competition. This includes the Project Proposal, Enhanced Focus Area, and Material Technical Data Sheet. These were submitted digitally and physically, with five bound hard copies of each being delivered to Rutgers University.
